Mr. Azrai functions as the Chief of Staff and manages the day to day administrative duties for TYT.

He is a civil servant employed by the Penang State Government.

Lieutenant Col. Zaidi ensures that TYT's ceremonies and events are executed smoothly and appropriately according to protocol and are executed in a smooth and efficient manner.

ASP Mohamad Dzakariya is responsible for the security of TYT.

He and his team are in charge of coordinating, planning, and implementing security measures for TYT Tun and Toh Puan's movements both locally and internationally. 

Dato' Ashok advises TYT on matters relating to public relations and is the media liaison for TYT's office. Dato' Ashok and his team also manages the official social media pages of TYT Penang on Facebook and Instagram .

Mr. Loong assists with personal as well as housekeeping tasks and travel preparations for TYT and Toh Puan. 

Mr. Ismail is responsible to convey TYT and Toh Puan to all of their events and ceremonies. He is also responsible for the inspection and maintenance of the vehicle.
